Skip Bourdo, Walgreens Market Vice President for New York and Connecticut and Greg Calvano, Senior Director of Store Operations for Duane Reade stores made a major announcement concerning a challenge between their joint 500 stores to sell the most pin-ups in each market during a four-week timeframe starting in October 2012. They will be joined by over 30 Walgreen’s District Managers in support of the challenge and their participation in the fall Step Out Walk to Stop Diabetes. The challenge is aimed at raising awareness and funds in support of the American Diabetes Association’s efforts to Stop Diabetes.
