The main reason we eat organic is so that I know exactly what we’re eating. I don’t want a bunch of chemicals in our food.

Eating and growing food organically helps nurture the environment by eliminating the use of pesticides, herbicides, chemical fertilizers and other pollutants, while encouraging sustainable farming practices that contribute to the health of the land.
Organic animal products are more humane.
Love the video – I read an article on the natural vs. organic distinction a while back (I think it was in Cooking Light) and I thought you summed it up well.
Love Horizon products! No hormones or pesticides
No pesticides.
I should really pay more attention to labels.

Thank you!
I think eating organic is very important because I have Chronic Lyme disease and lots of things intensify the symptoms. Eating organic keeps the CHEMICALS away.
I hope eye win today.
The no added hormones is important to me along with no pesticides. Horizon helps me to limit exposure to these chemicals
watched the video and it was a great summary and reminder of what I’ve picked up along the way. I knew that ‘natural’ and other promotional wording is commonly used to lure us into thinking that a product is organic/healthy/low fat when the product really is not special.
I had not known to look for the USDA Organic seal

It is important for me to stay away from pesticides because I am a cancer patient and I am trying to eat healthier.
What’s important to me about eating organic products is there is no pesticide or antibiotics.
I learned that “natural” does not mean organic.
While I love that Horizon products (and organics in general) have no antibiotics, pesticides, or genetically modified ingredients, I would have to say the best part is that they are gentle on the planet.
No growth hormones
No hormones or pesticides
No added hormones!

GMO’S ARE A SOFT KILL…STAY AWAY
No pesticides, growth hormones, antibiotics, or GMO’s. 🙂 Thank you.

I try to eat organic as much as possible because it helps ensure a healthy planet, with clean water and fertile soil, for generations to come.
Watched the video and I will be paying more attention to the ingredients and looking for the USDA organic label.
I learned they use no antibiotics: Our farmers keep their cows healthy the organic way with clean living conditions, fresh air and a wholesome organic diet. If a cow does become ill, organic farmers rely on holistic and homeopathic treatments, rather than antibiotics, to bring her back to health. In fact, organic regulations strictly prohibit the use of antibiotics on dairy cows
I’m a very health conscious person, and I make it a point to eat organic despite the added cost. What you eat is far more important than what you wear, what you drive, where you live – it’s the basis of happiness. It’s good for all of us, and good for the earth – a necessary step in the right direction of global health.
I’m trying to eat healthier and watch what I eat. Organic products are so much better for people, animals, and the environment. Organic products have nothing added to them that shouldn’t be there.
I like no pesticides
I like more natural foods. Thank you!
Organics lack the chemicals put in many foods!
I love to use organic so my children are not getting any more chemicals.
So you don’t get all the nasty antibiotics that you would if you just drank milk!

I don’t like to have anything to do with GMO foods or pesticides so that’s why I love organic foods. Thanks for this giveaway!
I knew this already, but “natural” doesn’t mean much at all, (it can mean so many things, and is a misleading advertising ploy to be cut to the chase) certainly not that the food is organic!
What is important to me about eating organic is organic dairy products are produced without genetically modified organisms (GMO’s).
The most important thing to me is the non-use of pesticides. I also love that they take good care of the animals!
I learned to look for the organic label, but also check the ingredients!
I like that there are no pesticides.
Natural is not the same as organic.
I always wondered about the DHA added to thier products. “Our plant-based DHA is more sustainable than fish-based DHA because it’s made from a renewable algae resource, and does not contribute to over-fishing. And like all ingredients used in organic foods, our DHA is non-GMO. In addition, the DHA used in Horizon products neither contains nor is made with hexane, a chemical solvent sometimes used to extract oils from their original source.”
Its good for the planet .it contains no hormones .Omega 3 which are good fats .helps to support farmers.
I learned that just because a product says it natural , doesn’t mean it is and that alot of the ingredients in products aren’t.
