Keep Calm and Drink Coffee

Leah (@bookieboo) over at Mamavation did a pictorial ode to bloggers who drink coffee. She also reminded us of the benefits of the brown liquid drug, ultimately telling us to keep calm and carry on drinking coffee cause its good for you.

That inspired Janice (@fitcheerldr) to start a meme about how us bloggers enjoy coffee. So on and on it goes and bloggers have been tagged to post what they look like before their morning coffee, tea, smoothie…you get the point.

Lena (@elenka29) from Way 2 Good Life wrote this funny post about running on coffee and tagged me.

So here I am having my first coffee of the day. Which truth be told is happening later and later these days. I’ve decided that if I am going to drink coffee I want to be able to sit back and enjoy it. So that only happens after I have gotten up at the crack o’ dawn and fed little Miss 5 months, had breakfast, dressed Mr 4 years old (or waited for Dad to help him), walked Mr 4 to school and come back, played with Miss 4 and fed her and put her down for her late morning nap. And then I get to sit down, take a breath and enjoy a cup of coffee – that can be anywhere between 10 and 11. And, if I’m going for a run that day, I often won’t drink coffee til after. It may be too much info, so I’ll just say coffee is a diuretic…doesn’t always go well with running. That is all.

So here I am, drinking from my favorite cup, courtesy of my department Executive at my last job in New Zealand as an Online Communications Manager. It was a Christmas present in 2010 and I love looking at it every morning and reminding me to Keep Calm and Carry On.

Ok, so it’s my turn. I’m now going to tag 5 of my bloggy friends and encourage them to show us their morning coffee/tea/smoothie routine.

Go check them out, they are fab ladies!

 Tag you’re it!

Unquestionably believe that which you stated. Your favorite reason seemed to
be on the web the simplest thing to be aware of. I say to you, I definitely get annoyed while people think
about worries that they plainly do not know about. You
managed to hit the nail upon the top and defined out the whole thing without having side-effects , people can take a signal.
Will probably be back to get more. Thanks
