February Confessional – Update on 3 words and running goals

Here’s a video update as to how things are going at the moment with my running goals for the year. These basically need a whole new post, they’ve changed alot and need a revamp! Look out for that next week.

I’m managing my blog goal to create video at least once a week and really enjoying it. I’ve already got some ideas of where I can take the video to do something a little different, so watch this space! If you’ve got a video you’d like to see me do, let me know in the comments.

My 3 words (to grow, to be present, to love) are something I continue to remind myself of everyday and I still feel this is a good way to continue to grow into the person I want to be.

  1. It’s so early to start counting yourself out. Mine isn’t going so well either but WE CAN DO IT!!! Move over Jennifer Hudson – here I come!

    1. Haha! Funny that you say Jennifer Hudson. I saw her on a magazine cover and decided that she is my ideal body double. I could never look like a super model (don’t want to either) because I am too busty and curvy. The wasy she looks it realistic to where I’e been before, so that’s where I am aiming to get back to. Would love to hear how you get on!

  2. I thInk it’s the nature of life that goals shift, because circumstances shift. You are doing a great job rolling with life while still keeping an eye on the bigger picture!

  3. Wow! I love your three words to live by. For me this start of the year, has brought about an extra 20 lbs. I am very upset, I can’t wear many of my clothes and just have blah blah blah days. One of my best friends suggested I join the gym and go work out with her! I have decided YES YES YES! This is honestly, my first time ever making a whole hearted attempt at REAL exercise. Weight has always been an issue, but I lost alot due to stress and now that I have put it back on, I WANT IT OFF! Good luck on your runs and congrats on your membership!

    1. Good luck with the gym. Just remember to keep changing it up so that you don’t get bored. You sound like you are ready – YOU CAN DO THIS! 🙂
