Some of you will remember that a few weeks ago I entered a competition to be a VIP blogger with New York’s premiere drugstore Duane Reade. Today I have the pleasure of thanking all of you for your support and comments. Drum roll please….
That was the tweet I received yesterday evening, and yes I am still buzzing 🙂
I’m not big on competitions where you have to enter your name and email to win, but give me a creative challenge like the Duane Reade comp, and I’m in! Duane Reade is already part of my day-to-day life, so I didn’t mind taking the better part of a day to create my entry video. Yes, in between baby wrangling and dreaming up the idea that’s how long it took me. I had to think up the tagline, write it, trace it backwards, hold it up in a mirror, setup my camera behind me, then play the video in reverse aaaannnd upload it. Sheeessh, by the end of the day my eyes were spinning.
